Manage customer and banks claims. Essential Duties and Responsibilities + Identify transaction duplicities and returns. + Interbank and FRB Research and investigation process + Analyze Federal Reserve Bank transactions/claims. Prepare and complete payment certifications. + Perform accounting settlement between General Ledger and Subsidiaries. Accounting Monitoring. + Identify payments, deposits, returns and other transactions not posted to customer’s accounts. + Research and transactions analysis. + Resolve Credit Balance Claims + Frequent communication with PR/Virgin Island Branches, and Accounting Units. + Manage daily suspense accounts, review and analyze inter-banking transactions. + Determine, investigate, and resolve differences resulting from accounting entries in process. + Investigate and resolve PCP/Official Checks exceptions Education Bachelor's degree completed or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience Two to three years related experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's) + Ability to influence, agree with others and manage difficult situations with clients. + Excellent focus in customer service. + Ability to identify the client's necessities and problems to solve them and offer alternatives. + Establish priorities and work with different task simultaneously. + Ability to work under pressure and with sense of urgency. + Ability to work in teams and collaborate with peers in order to meet common goals. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both clients and coworkers. + Manage different computer systems such as Outlook, Microsoft Office, among others. + Be proficient in both English and Spanish.
