Plan, direct, and coordinate administrative services of site or region; such as records, information management, data entry, and other office support services\n

Ensuring a high level of customer service for both internal and external customers\n

Support and contribute to the company Quality Policies and QMS\nReports to\n

Regional Manager\/Site Manager\nResponsibilities\nClient relationship & Business development\n\nProvide paper and\/or electronic data upon request\nData entry into customer portal\nPO collection and submission\nFollow up with clients for required documentation\nProvide client reports as requested by them\n\nOperations\n\nManage employee LOA's and attendance charts\nAssist with recruiting as necessary\nData entry into company portal; data and hours verification\nManagement of Org, Comp Mentee, and Comp Matrix chart\nDemonstrates commitment to reduce the risk of workplace accidents\nMust comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies\n\nOrganization & management\n\nEnsure timely processing of payroll and invoicing\nElectronically store all required job documents according to TRIGO filing conventions\nManage and upload client communication to client files\nPurchase site and mission supplies and maintain expense report files\nMaintain check log, copy and send all incoming checks to Harris Bank for deposit\nMaintain contract logs including comparing logs to ensure goal of improving percentage of purchase orders received is met\n Perform audits on all electronic job files to ensure required documents have been stored by all departments\nContact and dispatch inspectors to missions when needed\nManage monthly safety trackers and Site audit trackers ; ensuring targets are met\n\nTechnical \n\nTime entry into company portal\nEnsure hard copy data is filed per ISO standards\nVerify EPIC entries, balance EPIC entries to Payroll Journals\nAudit EPIC entries for accuracy\nPrepare month end KPI report for Manager\nPrepare monthly Site Ops meeting minutes and upload to system\n\nOther \n\nAny other duties as assigned \n\nKnowledge, skills, abilities\n\n\n\n\n
