Job Title: Operations Administrator - Part Time Job Location: FT Belvoir Security Clearance: Active, in-scope DoD issued Secret Overview: Kwaan Bear Technology Solutions (KBTS) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Administrator to support the day-to-day activities of our program/product offices. The ideal candidate will help maintain efficient operations, manage facilities, and assist with task management processes. Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform all activities necessary to maintain the day-to-day operations of the program/product offices.
+ Manage office facilities, including space allocation, furniture organization, and inventory of office supplies.
+ Receive, distribute, track, and report on formal tasks using the Task Management Tool, ensuring timely completion and communication.
+ Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and productive work environment.
+ Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve operational challenges.
+ Support administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics.
+ Contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
+ 0-2 years of relevant experience in operations or administrative roles.
+ Proficiency in MS Office products, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with task management tools or software.
+ Familiarity with office management best practices.
