The role applies advanced systems thinking to organizational workflows, executive support structures, and enterprise routines. By managing cross-functional processes, synthesizing insights, and optimizing operational frameworks, this position plays a critical role in driving clarity, consistency, and momentum across leadership functions. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Specific activities may change from time to time. • Partner with senior executives and their leadership teams to drive high-priority initiatives and ensure alignment across strategic goals, timelines, and deliverables. + Design and implement frameworks for executive routines, governance cadences, and cross-organizational communication flows. + Analyze organizational processes and provide structured recommendations to improve team efficiency, collaboration, and alignment. + Prepare executives for senior-level meetings, business reviews, and regulatory engagements by coordinating briefing materials, dashboards and talking points. + Manage communication plans for organizational changes and transformation efforts. + Ensure consistent messaging across internal audiences. + Coordinate enterprise-wide events, meetings, and leadership forums across business units, with full ownership of planning, logistics and stakeholder engagement. + Develop and track project timelines, issue logs, and task owners to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and with appropriate risk mitigation. + Act as a strategic liaison across functions, helping executives prioritize requests, respond to escalations, and manage time more effectively. + Provide oversight for onboarding, offboarding, and transitions within key teams. + Support organizational design and realignment efforts. + Maintain governance documentation, including standard operating procedures, reporting schedules and leadership artifacts. + Monitor and synthesize leadership dashboards to inform decision-making and track enterprise priorities. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Required Qualifications:** The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. + Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience in development or production support or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. + Deep specialized and/or broad functional knowledge. + Sound understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes. + Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices. + Ability to lead complex projects. + Sophisticated analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical and business problems. + Ability to influence others at senior levels to adopt a new perspective. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Master's degree or MBA and 10 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. + Deep knowledge and experience in software support or development. + Banking or financial services experience. **General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation:** All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
