Operational Support & Platform Administrator

Position Summary:
The Platform Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and optimization of the EmpowOR client and case management system. This role involves collaborating with various departments to enhance data management, reporting, and overall system functionality. Additionally, this position will include operational oversight responsibilities, with a focus on nonprofit operational support, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and enhancing administrative and programmatic efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Administration and Technical Support:
System Administration: Oversee the daily operations of the EmpowOR platform, including user management, system configuration, and performance monitoring. Technical Support: Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of system-related problems. Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the EmpowOR system, including data entry, updates, and regular audits. Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for staff on the use of the EmpowOR platform. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and user guides. Customization and Integration: Customize the EmpowOR platform to meet the specific needs of East End Community Services by WestCare Ohio. Integrate the platform with other systems and tools as required. Reporting and Analytics: Generate and manage reports to support program evaluation, funding requirements, and organizational decision-making. Utilize the platform’s reporting tools to create custom reports and dashboards. Compliance and Security: Ensure the platform complies with all relevant regulations and security standards. Implement and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive data. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements. Work with the IT team and EmpowOR support to implement updates and new features.
Nonprofit Operational Support:
Mission Alignment: Ensure operational processes and technology align with the organization’s mission and values. Policy and Compliance: Develop and implement policies that support nonprofit operations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Program Support: Work closely with program managers to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and support service delivery. Community Engagement: Leverage platform capabilities to enhance communication and engagement with stakeholders, donors, and community partners utilizing associated platforms. Risk Management: Identify potential risks to operational continuity and develop mitigation strategies tailored to nonprofit operations.
