Job DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for an integral role within our Global Business Resilience Office. The Senior Manager will be the Second Line of Defence Operational Resilience lead for the UK&I, EMAP and Global Functions, providing oversight and assistance to 1st line of defence (1LoD) and to interpret and maintain compliance to resiliency policy requirements. This role will also be expected to lead on crisis management incidents.
Why this role is important to us
This hands-on role will support the UK&I and EMAP regions alongside Global Functions. You will act as a subject matter expert in at least one of the resiliency specialist areas, - Technology Resilience/Recovery, Operational Resilience. You will also act as the lead on regional crisis management incidents in line with the Global Crisis Management Framework.
You will be playing a key role co-ordinating Crisis Management Teams along with testing and exercising on an ongoing basis to ensure stakeholders are aware of their roles and responsibilities in a crisis situation.
You will work with a range of key stakeholders to identify and mitigate resilience risks and to develop and maintain effective operational resilience capabilities.

The ability to influence, deliver and embed industry standard resilience disciplines and practices (tech, cyber, operations).Experience of building insight of regional resilience risks in order to drive appropriate management action to optimise service recovery and restoration capability.A measurable resilience risk reduction approachStrong incident or crisis management experience.Work that matters - What you'll be doing
Delivering key resilience activities such as;Plan creation and reviewsExercising Business Continuity/Tech Recovery/Backups restoration/Crisis Events1LoD consultancyClient / Regulatory AuditsThird Party Resilience Risk ManagementImplementing Crisis Management incident response in order to respond appropriatelyLeading and supporting regional resilience risk assessments to understand resilience risk exposure and ensure any corrective action required is takenTraining and exercising Gold and Silver Crisis Management team across a number of extreme scenarios. Support Platinum incidents and exercising as applicable.Playing an active role in the Global Watchtower process along with other stakeholders in order to understand the threat landscape and Emerging Resilience Regulation, ensuring appropriate action is taken.Participating in the ongoing improvements to resiliency processes including adapting to regulatory requirements and best practice.
