Spare parts/tools order management, fulfill Customer/CS’ demand within target, mbonitoring OTD performance
Order administrator (OA) team management, including team member performance management, new process design & implementation, SOP regular update, training, etc.
Follow-up escalations from stakeholders (CSCM / CS), improving OA team operation quality and efficiency
Global / local order fulfilment project leading & coordination with CSCM SL / UiR / OP, etc.
Education and experienceBachelor degree or equivalent
SkillsAbility to read and write English / good communication skills
Knowledge about materials order flow / logistics and the implications / consequences of handling ASML (High-Tech) material
Meeting organizer for weekly/monthly review with team member
Project management with internal / external stakeholders
Handle escalations with internal stakeholders’ requirements (replenishment shipment lead time, communication quality, …)
Asks senior colleagues for support if necessary
SAP knowledge is a must
