We are on the look out for an experienced and suitably qualified Operational Intelligence Supervisor in our Business Intelligence department to ensure organisational effectiveness through the maintenance and sustainability of operational systems, business processes and procedures, and effective reporting to relevant stakeholders.

As an OI Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Effective administration Effective analysis and reporting Maintenance and Supervision of Adherence to Internal Processes and Procedures Operational Excellence and Customer Satisfaction Analysing audit reports to identify gaps, implement approved enhancements and maintain error tracking and compliance reports Applying standard market research processes or techniques to analyse data findings Operational Supervision and Team Management Making recommendations on possible solutions Making sure stakeholders are informed and updated
