**Operational Excellence (Transformation) Consultant**
**About the Role:**
As an Operational Excellence (Transformation) consultant at CBRE, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our business operations and delivering exceptional value to our clients. This dynamic role combines the best of Operational Excellence and Solutioning, offering you the opportunity to lead independent consultant engagements, develop and implement strategies for outsourcing and centralization, and work closely with stakeholders to define and document requirements for BSO solutions.
You will be at the forefront of process discovery, conducting workshops, and creating process maps that summarize current designs and interdependencies. Your fresh perspectives and thoughtful insights will help diagnose key problems, design specific solutions, and summarize business case proposals. **W** **hat You’ll Do:**
+ Lead independent consultant engagements across CBRE.
+ Develop and implement strategies for outsourcing/centralization opportunities, identifying the type of work that can be moved from a current business to the Business Services Organization (BSO).
+ Conduct workshops for process discovery, summarizing current designs and process interdependencies, and creating process maps.
+ Provide fresh perspectives through thoughtful insights gained from asking the right questions, understanding the voice of the customer, and thorough data analysis.
+ Work with stakeholders to define and document requirements for BSO solutions.
+ Constructively and creatively review current ways of working, processes, Target Operating Models, and other areas to drive the BSO and CBRE forward in its pursuit of excellent delivery to all its stakeholders.
+ Diagnose key problems, design specific solutions, and summarize business case proposals.
+ Ensure timely delivery of engagements with outstanding quality and exceptional client care.
+ Identify and propose relevant technologies through internal and market research, conducting Proof of Concepts where needed.
+ Document processes end-to-end, setting up a Process Taxonomy, classifying processes by complexity, and creating process maps in BPMN.
+ Map out high-level workloads associated with each process, sub-process, and activity.
+ Define critical expected inputs and outputs of each process.
+ Collaborate closely with the BSO delivery team to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
+ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the BPO industry and process and technology optimization, incorporating them into the organization's strategies and solutions.
+ Create RACI matrices associated with Target Operating Model designs.
+ Conduct detailed analysis and modelling of outsourcing opportunities, including cost-benefit analysis and risk assessment.
+ Generate lists of improvements and provide a range of efficiencies achievable in the short, medium, and long term.
+ Interact regularly with various teams located in different geographies, participating in the solutioning and implementation process of new accounts such as: Solutioning, Client teams, Operational Excellence, BSO Service Delivery, Programs and Projects, other BSO Support functions, Digital &Technology.
+ Monitor and report on the performance of BSO solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
+ Develop best practices and lessons learned from each project, continuously improving working procedures.
+ Prepare and deliver outstanding presentations to senior stakeholders summarizing project progress, key findings, and expected actions.
+ Conduct Kaizen/Lean/Six Sigma presentations, learning sessions, and workshops.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ 5- 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role (Transformation in BPO or SSC / Solutions / Consultancy);
+ Expert knowledge of process improvement/Lean Six sigma, change management and project management methodologies.
+ Proven experience of working cross-culturally, driving results across various geographical locations
+ In-depth knowledge of BPO/SSC Financial processes (organization structure, business functions, processes, goals, metrics etc.) and working knowledge of real estate processes.
+ Comfortable with researching the web or using CoPilot to source out knowledge for solution development.
+ Proven positive working relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
+ Outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
+ Excellent collaborative problem-solving skills with the ability to see the broader picture.
+ Ability to work under time pressure, prioritize, set, and execute deadlines.
+ Self-motivated, execution-oriented, dynamic, and entrepreneurial with out-of-the-box thinking.
+ Preferably, a Black Belt certification.
+ Preferably, CIMA certification or equivalent.
+ Preferably, advanced project management certification in Agile, PRINCE2, PMI/PMP.
+ Experience in finance and accounting roles in a service center environment.
+ Willingness to travel up to 50%, depending on the project.
