**Major Responsibilities:**
1. Manage and coordinate the Operational Excellence acivity to improve site operation performance
+ Collaborating with leaders to devise and implement continuous improvement strategies, while fostering a culture of ongoing process enhancement through best practices and tools
2. Develop site Operational Excellence stratey and operating plan.
3. Partner with business unit OpEx to determine OpEx activity plans and priorities
+ Partnering with business stakeholders to execute improvement plans, including voice of customer activities, data analysis, process mapping, and change management
+ Engaging in cross-functional BU collaboration to refine global best practices; document methodologies, toolkits, and guidebooks
4. Build the continuous imporvment culture to increase operational excellence maturity in site with other departments. (e.g. Manufacuring, Quality, Supply chain, Purchasing, Engineering)
+ Engaging stakeholders to identify key improvement opportunities; form teams to drive initiatives
+ Leading workshops to brainstorm for solutions; use process and technology capabilities to resolve challenges and roadblocks
5. Drive the oveall cost saving project in site to achieve the annul CIP/PPV saving target
6. Manage and coordinate the Six Sigma / Lean projects
7. Supervise Labeling & Packaging Design
8. Supervise and develop staff, ensure appropriate training and education is provided for highly qulified staff, providing on-going performance feedback. Sets goals which align to department plans and manages the execution of goals through coaching and mentoring.
+ Advocating for process improvements across all functions and ensure alignment with organizational goals; identify opportunities to enhance efficiency using intelligent automation
**Basic Qualifications | Experience:**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 5 years related work experience with demonstration of people engagement
- Knowledge of Systems, Tools and Behaviors in developing them and enabling.
- Proficiency in the English communication
- Extensive experience of Lean and Six Sigma project
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Proficient analytical and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization (locally & globally)
