Operational Excellence Change Agent

As an OpEx Change Agent here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives within the ISC Analytics organization. You will be responsible for coaching the team to implement process improvements that drive efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall business performance. Additionally, you will be instrumental in embedding a lean culture within the organization.
You will report directly to our Sr Director ISC Analytics, and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Coach strategic A3s and problem-solving activities
+ Lead the implementation of Managing for Daily Improvement (MDI) processes
+ Facilitate cross-functional Kaizen improvement events
+ Conduct value stream mapping to identify operational inefficiencies and develop improvement strategies
+ Create and deliver training programs to build a culture of continuous improvement
+ Support digitization efforts for program management and OpEx

YOU MUST HAVE
+ Minimum of 6 years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence roles
+ Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
+ Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering results
+ Experience facilitating improvement events and value stream mapping
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
WE VALUE
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field
+ Six Sigma Black Belt certification
+ Experience driving operational improvements in back-office processes or software development
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Self-starter capable of working independently
+ Experience leading the digitization of lean and project management tools
