Operational Excellence Change Agent

As an OpEx Change Agent here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving\noperational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives within the ISC\nAnalytics organization.  You will be\nresponsible for coaching the team to implement process improvements that drive\nefficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall business performance.  Additionally, you will be instrumental in\nembedding a lean culture within the organization.

You will report directly to our Sr Director ISC Analytics, and you'll\nwork out of our Charlotte, NC location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coach strategic A3s and problem-solving activitiesLead the implementation of Managing for Daily Improvement (MDI) processesFacilitate cross-functional Kaizen improvement eventsConduct value stream mapping to identify operational inefficiencies and develop improvement strategiesCreate and deliver training programs to build a culture of continuous improvementSupport digitization efforts for program management and OpEx

YOU\nMUST HAVE

Minimum of 6 years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence rolesStrong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologiesProven track record of driving process improvements and delivering resultsExperience facilitating improvement events and value stream mappingExcellent communication and presentation skills and ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
