**Operational Excellence Analytics and Reporting Lead**
**About the Role:**
As an Operational Excellence Analytics and Reporting Lead at CBRE, you will play a pivotal role in keeping our global team organized, promoting and reporting on the exceptional work we do, and driving significant change through global programs. This is role offers an exciting opportunity to grow, develop, and influence across all career levels of the BSO organization. **What You’ll Do:**
+ Global Governance and Reporting: Assist the OE team in managing global governance, reporting globally on OE outputs, and keeping track of overall team deliverables. Your work will provide critical insights and ensure that our initiatives are aligned with our strategic goals.
+ Support to Leadership: Support the Global Operational Excellence Lead in coordinating deliverables with leaders and direct reports. Your organizational skills and proactive approach will be essential in ensuring that our projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
+ Marketing and Communications: Manage the marketing and communications materials for Operational Excellence. This includes updating the OE website, creating success stories, and developing communication materials for OE workshops and coaching programs aimed at BSO employees. You will also prepare leadership presentations. Your efforts will ensure that our achievements are recognized and celebrated, and that our team is well-informed and engaged.
+ Improve by Kaizen Platform: Manage the Improve by Kaizen platform and improvement request pipeline. This involves managing the intake process, updating manuals, reporting to stakeholders, prioritizing with OE groups for solution delivery, raising risks and issues, and monitoring progress. You will also look for synergies and replication opportunities across ideas, teams, Service Lines, regions, and geographies. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you will help drive innovation and efficiency throughout the organization.
+ Capacity Studies: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and be accountable for global capacity studies. This includes creating user manuals, owning and continuously evolving the tool's features, deploying the tool, and training Operations teams to ensure they understand their accountabilities and adopt the tool effectively. You will also screen data for accuracy based on samples, summarize capacity studies and workload analysis, and propose appropriate staffing recommendations. Your work will ensure that our teams are optimally staffed and operating efficiently, directly impacting our ability to deliver exceptional service to our clients
+ Productivity Analysis: Develop and own productivity analysis, creating methodologies, templates, and practices similar to capacity studies. This will involve identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity across the organization.
**What You’ll Need:**
Experience:
+ Overall 8-10 years of professional experience out of which 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in Operational Excellence, Project Management, or a related field.
Skills:
+ Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
+ Excellent data analysis and process mapping skills.
+ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Proactive approach and speed of execution in delivering tasks.
+ Ability to work under time pressure, prioritize, set, and execute deadlines.
+ High emotional intelligence and ability to influence and build strong relationships.
+ Detail-oriented, conscientious, and diligent.
+ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to see the broader picture.
+ Proven experience of working cross-culturally, driving results across various geographical locations
+ Experience in working in a global role or willingness to develop in this area
Certifications:
+ Preferably, a Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma or in Business Analytics.
Additional Requirements:
+ Experience in managing global programs and working in a service center F&A environment.
