Minimum requirements:
National higher diploma or degree in Operations and/or Agricultural Management or a related field AVCASA qualification will be an advantage 4 years' experience in operational or management roles within the agricultural industry Knowledge of IPM practices and methods Exposure to yearly audits and reports Experience with health and safety systems will be advantageous Valid driver’s license is compulsory Key Responsibilities: Ensure efficient programme delivery to customers in the agricultural industry Oversee daily operational tasks to maintain excellent service Implement and improve systems for operational productivity Verify budget allocations and manage stock effectively Service, calibrate, and maintain operational equipment and vehicles Build and maintain strong relationships with Growers through regular communication Ensure monitoring, release, and technical goals align with capacity models Conduct quality checks and uphold quality standards Maintain reliable operations documentation and procedures HR responsibilities: leave management, performance management, discipline, training, HSE compliance
