Good PC knowledge and skills (Windows, MS Office, etc.)Comprehensive knowledge on the operation of wholesale products and familiarity with relevant system.High effective telephone negotiation skills and strong but courteous telephone manner.Understanding of compliance related guidelines which affect collections.Customer centric approach and service excellence mind set.Strong understanding of Collections Operations policies and procedures, product knowledge, Collections system knowledge, and the Collections skills development process.Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
