Job Description:

Proficient in energy sources and isolation of equipment within the position, able to guide other colleagues in LOTO tasks and update lockout WI in a timely manner

Monitoring and timely and effective control CCP and parameters involved in the emulsifier and oven area.

监视并及时有效地控制蒸煮区域所涉及关键点和参数。

Maintain GMP compliance in the area

时刻保持区域内GMP符合标准

Ability to complete start-up preparations and work requirements during shutdowns to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions in a timely manner.

能够完成开机准备及停产期间的工作要求，及时发现和解决设备故障。

Proficient in SOP,  disassembling, and cleaning equipment in the position and keeping WI up-to-date

熟练掌握本岗位设备操作、拆卸、清洁的标准并及时更新WI

Report accurately and promptly to the shift manager on the work of the position

准确及时地向上级经理汇报当班的岗位工作情况

Actively participates in CI activity in the area and in the position, and makes suggestions for improvement.

积极参与区域内和本岗位的持续改善工作，提出合理化改善建议。

Ensure the quality of the product, especially the storage time of the slurry and the shape and size of the product.

时刻关注产品质量，特别是肉酱的存储时间和产品形状及尺寸

Ensure the quality of changeover cleaning, adjusting the position and parameters of the relevant equipment components , rechecking to verify that the overall time of changeover meets the requirements.换型时进行换型清洁，调整相关设备部件位置及参数并进行再次检查核对换型整体时间符合要求

Control the change over between different products avoid cross-contamination.

在换型时控制不同产品肉酱及肉块颗粒之间的交叉，避免混淆。

Coordinate the production linkage between the filler area and the chunk making area to reduce waiting times.

协调灌装区域与肉酱制作区域之间的生产衔接，减少等待时间。

Ensure product quality and exclusion of non-conforming chunk; monitor slurry holding time and temperature.

关注产品质量并及时进行不合格肉块的排除；监控肉酱暂存时间及温度。

Autonomous maintenance equipment as per guidance and keep records

合理安排时间进行AM中相关内容的日常维护并记录。

Accurate and timely complete production reports and other report required

准确及时地完成本岗位的生产报告及各种记录

Record production volume on time and effective control the scrap rate

按时完成计划产量并有效控制废料的产生
