What You ll Do: ✔️ Work alongside an elite team of surgeons, anesthesiologists, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes ✔️ Assist in preparing the operating room, ensuring all supplies and equipment are ready ✔️ Provide hands-on support during procedures, including scrubbing in and passing instruments ✔️ Monitor patients vital signs and overall well-being throughout the surgical process ✔️ Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation ✔️ Adhere to the highest safety and infection control standards ✔️ Be a trusted advocate for your patients, providing comfort and clear communication throughout their surgical experience What You Bring to the Team: ✅ Registered Nurse (RN) license (Maine or eligible for licensure) ✅ Experience in a surgical setting (scrubbing experience required; orthopedic experience a plus!) ✅ Certifications: BLS (required), ACLS (required), CNOR (preferred) ✅ Strong teamwork and communication skills ✅ Ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient in a fast-paced environment ✅ A passion for patient care and safety Why Join Orthopaedic Associates of Maine?
