Operates high-pressure boilers. 2. Operates chillers and absorbers. 3. Compiles water treatment reports. 4. Performs maintenance on boilers, chillers, pumps, steam pipes, and related machinery. 5. Operates automated building control computer and makes corrections as required. 6. Operates/adjusts air handling equipment. 7. Performs preventive maintenance on kitchen and laundry equipment. 8. Performs routine inspections of mechanical rooms. 9. Performs building maintenance. 10.
