Experience with OPERA: While experience with OPERA V5 S&C or OPERA Cloud OSEM is preferred, we welcome candidates with a passion for learning! Communication Skills: Effectively engage with leadership, management, and corporate customers with confidence. Leadership Presence: You’ll act as a product expert, guiding your project to success. Tech Savvy: A basic understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, SFTP, FTP) will set you apart.Key Responsibilities:
Training & Support: Provide top-notch training and support to end-users, both remotely and onsite, ensuring they are fully equipped to use their systems. Project Management: Take the lead on assigned projects from inception to completion, maintaining momentum with minimal oversight. Timely Administration: Complete administrative tasks efficiently and prior to deadlines. Collaboration: Maintain open lines of communication with project collaborators, providing regular updates on progress. Scope & Planning: Conduct calls to define project scope and requirements, creating detailed deployment plans. Testing & Documentation: Set up and execute testing scenarios, and document project requirements thoroughly. Pilot Site Management: Oversee pilot sites, including documentation reviews, training sessions, and escalation of any issues. Point of Escalation: Be the go-to person for any project-related challenges that arise.Ready to Make an Impact?
