Location:  Newbury + *Hybrid 
Salary:  Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours:  Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

What you’ll do

As OpenRAN System Integration Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the OpenRAN Vendors and third parties through the OpenRAN System Integration processes including managing third party system integrators. 

 

You will be responsible for the interface between all vendors and internal stakeholders ensuring a successful software release. You will collaborate and coordinate OpenRAN release schedules in conjunction with the OpenRAN vendors to ensure a timely delivery of major and minor releases.You will foster a collaborative ecosystem to streamline communication and problem solving across stakeholders. You will manage the end-to-end testing in vendor labs and 3rd party SI environments to validate functionality, performance, security and reliability representative of Vodafone deployments. You will validate OpenRAN readiness for commercial service and maintain operational performance and reliability through robust system release management process.You will influence and leverage collaborations through technology, partners and OpenRAN industry forums for Product Integration best practices, Network Services, solutions, support and E2E testing. You will leverage automation tools – both internally and externally – for testing deployment, and monitoring to enhance efficiency and consistency.

 

Who you are
 

You will have experience in system integration and release management.You will have strong contract and commercial understanding.You will have knowledge of OpenRAN technologies, standards and interfaces.You will have a proven track record of managing multi-vendor integration projects and complex release processes.You will have an understanding of automated testing, deployment tools, and CI/CD practices. You will have project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex topics simultaneously.
