Onsite Program Manager
As an Onsite Program Manager you will be responsible for providing onsite program management for customers by identifying, implementing, and maintaining historical data, monitoring waste generation and the regulatory status and scheduling of all waste services. This role will have responsibility for multiple U.S. customers and will act as a liaison for all parties. \n

Essential Functions & Requirements: \n\nPrioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times\nConducts daily site inspections and weekly RCRA inspections\nPartners with customers and vendors to implement improved waste management procedures\nPrepares and maintains historical data including hazardous waste manifest return copies, land disposal documentation and waste profiles \nPrepares appropriate labels and signage and develops accumulation area site layouts \nMonitors waste generation rates and regulatory status at assigned facilities; tracks pick-up and service delivery scheduling \nManages all document tracking and prepares annual\/bi-annual waste reports for Environmental Department \nManages supplier subcontractors working on behalf of Arcwood \nMeets with supplier partners to discuss disposal opportunities, negotiate pricing and review current approvals \nPrepares monthly waste activity reports for customers as requested \nTakes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization\n\n

Education:\n\nBachelor's degree (required) \n\n

Experience: \n\n2+ years of waste management industry experience (required) -OR-\nIn lieu of degree, 4+ years of waste management industry experience (required) \n\n

Competencies: \n\nAbility to balance and deliver multiple projects effectively in a deadline-driven environment\nStrong attention to detail with excellent time management abilities\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders\nAbility to build and foster relationships with customers in-person and remotely \nAbility to solve problems and provide effective solutions with limited direction \nStrong business writing skills to develop proposals \nSound understanding of various Federal, State, and Local industry-related regulations, including 40 CFR 265 \nRegular and predictable attendance to perform the functions and requirements of this role\n\n
