Primary Responsibilities + Assist the divisions in achieving communities at plan by communicating online sales activity, providing monthly reports and overseeing extra outreach activities in target communities + Continuously enhance the customer experience by improving the skills of individual OSCs and refining the systems that support them + Serve as liaison between OSC team, regional team, marketing team, division management and SMR to ensure frequent communication amongst the teams to execute community specific launch + Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the OSC position including conversion goals and standards of performance Qualifications + Strong Organizational and Technology Skills with the ability to lead change + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred + Demonstrated leadership experience preferred
