OneStream Manager

The Team ~

The Finance & Enterprise Performance Offering partners as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and key executives. We advise, implement and deliver as a service solution, helping our clients develop strategies and capabilities to support enterprise wide decision making, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organization.

Work you’ll do ~

As a Manager at Deloitte, you will manage and deliver components of client engagements by identifying, designing, and implementing technology and creative business solutions for large companies. Key responsibilities include:

Managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures.Formulating planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting strategies.Managing end to end implementations.Developing statements of work and/or client proposals.Identifying business opportunities to increase usability and profitability of information architecture.Developing and managing vendor relationships.Leading workshops for client education.Managing resources and budget on client projects.Supporting and driving the team by providing oversight.Qualifications

Required:

6+ years relevant experience implementing one or more EPM technologies, specifically OneStream.1+ years’ experience as a OneStream Certified Lead Architect.2+ years’ experience leading and managing project teams.Experience with program leadership, governance, and change enablementAbility to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Bachelor's DegreeLimited immigration sponsorship may be available.Preferred:Advanced Degree preferred.Strong functional knowledge around financial systems and processes.Proven skills as a team member, team lead, or project manager on at least one full life cycle implementation.A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.Ability to work independently, manage small engagements, or parts of large engagements.Willingness to mentor junior staff.Committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries.Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team.Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.Ability to collaborate with clients.Deloitte considers a wide range of factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $137,700 to $229,500.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on a range of factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
