We have an opportunity for an experienced **IT Financial Analyst** to join our IT Financial Planning and Analysis team. This role can be based in **any WSP US office** . The IT Financial Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing the financial aspects of IT projects and operations. This role involves budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment between IT investments and organizational goals.
**Your Impact**
+ Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage budgets for IT departments and projects. Conduct financial forecasting and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
+ Cost Management: Analyze IT spending and identify opportunities for cost optimization. Monitor ongoing costs and provide insights on financial performance.
+ Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
+ Collaboration: Work closely with IT and finance teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting. Engage with project managers to assess financial impacts of initiatives.
+ Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reporting.Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies related to IT expenditures.
**Who You Are**
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or equivalent years of relevant experience.
+ A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis in an IT or technology driven environment.
+ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analytics tools (Excel, PowerBI, Oracle).
+ Excellent communication, understanding of software and IT infrastructure costs, confidentiality in handling sensitive information and strategic mindset.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Master’s degree, CFA or CPA certification is a plus.

**Compensation**
Expected Salary (all locations): $64,000 - $109,780
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
