Join us in our mission to Get Ahead of Gynecological Malignancies Together. **Posting expires on February 14 at 23:59 EST RESPONSIBILTIES: This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following… Demonstrate an agile mindset, strong collaboration, and an appetite for ongoing learning Lead the regional sales team to deliver on sales targets aligned to national brand strategy Direct the development and execution of individual and regional business plans and manage budget activities as needed Hire, direct, develop and manage, Oncology Therapeutic Specialists to meet organizational as well as individual needs Foster a culture grounded in accountability, teamwork, and passion for delivering results Coach & mentor a sales team towards their individual development goals, both in-role & in their career ambitions Provide ongoing analysis/conclusions of market forces that have potential to impact business and action plans to address near-term opportunities and threats Contribute to innovative strategies, tactics, programs, and processes to grow the business Lead and deliver performance reviews with Canadian Leadership Team Develop and nurture direct customer relationships to deepen understanding of patient journey and develop meaningful, patient focused value offerings Work closely with training and marketing partners to ensure appropriate focus on analytics, competitive selling skillset development and objective setting Work collaboratively with product management to ensure successful launch and/or ongoing promotion of branded products   Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Sales management experience (minimum 3-5 years) in Oncology (preferred) or Specialty Care areas Self-starter who is driven by desire to leave a lasting positive impact on the healthcare system and oncology patients regardless of barriers Strong working knowledge of PSP programs Ability to motivate, influence and lead peers Strong coaching skills & business acumen Demonstrated ability to thrive in competitive environments Strength in challenging both self and status quo Excellent communication and customer engagement skills Strong organizational skills Self-motivated, agile, fearless collaborator, passionate, committed, invested in the business  Strategic thinker and ability to problem solve Ability to effectively work and contribute in a team-based environment Valid Driver’s License* Ability to travel within territory and domestically as required Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual an asset *This position requires the employee to drive routinely on Company business and allows for the provision of a company – leased vehicle. However, to be eligible for this position and a company vehicle, GSK will need to obtain acceptable results from a license verification inquiry and drivers abstract review against its safe driver program requirement.
