About the Role: The Product Manager (PM) plays a critical role in driving the success of the brand(s) under remit within the broader GSK oncology portfolio in the Taiwan market. Clarity in grasping the strategy and translating to local market needs will be critical components of driving success for the brand (sales, share, and profitability). Additionally, close collaboration across functions, both locally and above-market, to drive the brand strategy and the ability to demonstrate “leader of the brand” within the field force will be critical measures for how success is defined. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the Taiwan healthcare and oncology landscapes and a passion for delivering innovative solutions to meeting healthcare challenges. Key Responsibilities: Understand global brand strategy and customize execution initiatives (ranging from promotional materials, to peer-to-peer programs, marketing campaigns, etc.) per Taiwan market needs, yet hold true to brand strategy. Adept with integrating local execution strategy with patient focused initiatives, including patient assistance programs, patient advocacy, etc. Provide brand leadership to guide field force from understanding (disease and therapy training/roleplay) to execution (messaging and promotional initiatives); in-touch with bottom-up market insights and respond with agility to evolve execution approach appropriately. Engage Key External Experts (KEEs) to help shape perceptions in local medical community of GSK in oncology as well as GSK’s oncology brands. External focus: keeping up-to-date on product/disease knowledge, customer, and competition; including internal but across-region for best practices. Adept at navigating matrixed cross-functional organization, both local and above-market, for execution and delivery of role and responsibilities. Open to leveraging mix of traditional and innovative promotional means. Ensure operational excellence: managing vendors, promotional budget, inventory, sales forecast, and timely submission of reports. Operate within framework where initiatives are planned and implemented in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical oncology marketing and sales. Experience in marketing plan coordination and execution is a strong advantage. Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant marketing tools.
