Onboarding Specialist

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will work side by side with our Human Resources and Operations teams ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for newly hired employees. Responsibilities include: Managing end-to-end onboarding process, making sure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time. Aligning new employees with their managers, facilitating clear communication of involvement procedures to all involved parties. Performing periodic audits of HR files and records to confirm all required documents are collected, filed, and adhering to organizational standards. Assisting in creating and delivering recruitment training to hiring managers. Assisting in the development and implementation of HR onboarding policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Perform other HR related job duties as assigned.
