Under the guidance of the HR Onboarding Supervisor and in collaboration with the Position Management Team, the incumbent will assist Talent Management in the review of Position Control Numbers for positions at the time of SRC and DGSOM Hiring Committee approval. The incumbent will be responsible for providing information and assistance to departmental users and team transactors with regard to managing, analyzing, reviewing, performing updates of positions in all HR systems for approximately 30,000 plus employees from Ronald Reagan Medical Center, Santa Monica Hospital, Faculty Practice Group, David Geffen School of Medicine and West Valley Medical Center.
