Lyneer Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated On-Site Manager for one of our premier clients in Whittier, CA. As a Site Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication on-site.

Duties:

Communicate directly with clients to address needs and concernsConduct safety walkthroughs to ensure complianceMaintain direct communication with employees to oversee daily operationsMonitor and verify employee hoursCheck and manage deliveriesOversee recruitment processes

Requirements:

At least 3 years of warehouse management experienceStrong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Pay and Shift:

$20.00 per hourMonday-Friday with occasional weekends if neededShift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
