JOB SUMMARY

The Financial Advisor I performs financial analysis for Baylor Scott and White (BSWH) and the entities supported by Financial Analysis/Decision Support Services.  Assists in the collection and analysis of data on new projects or services, capital acquisitions and long-range strategic financial planning.

This financial advisor position is 100% on campus

\n

No remote or hybrid options for this role so you must be local to the facility in Waxahachie, Tx. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE

\n\nPerforms analysis of financial and operational data to support management decisions including impact on current operations and projections of future impact.\nParticipates in performance/process improvement objectives of BSWH.\n\n

\n\nProficient with MS Office applications (Excel, pivot tables, etc.)\nStrong analytical and communication abilities\nWorks well with Executive Leadership & hospital leaders\nExperience in healthcare financials (Budgeting, capital equipment requests, etc.)\n\n
