JOB SUMMARY:
Ensures a fun-filled and exciting environmentwhere the delivery and execution of our superior service is paramount. Provides change for Family Fun Center guests and oversees the children’s area.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Provides excellent service by making change for Family Fun Center guests.
· Balances the change bank daily to account for all monies exchanged.
· Fixes minor video game problems to avoid inconvenience and frustration for our guests.
· Monitors the children’s area to ensure their safety and return to the proper guardians.
· Answers questions and renders general assistance using our skills to provide courteous service to our guests.
· Demonstrates a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor at all times.
Maintains a clean, safe, and fun area for the maximum enjoyment of our guests.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
No minimum requirementsQUALIFICATIONS:
Literate and fluent in English
Good math skills
Courteous attitude
Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same
Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures
PHYSICAL, MENTAL and ENVIRONMENTALDEMANDS:
Mobility and dexterity to bend, crouch, turn, and reach overhead.
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
Ability to respond to visual and verbal cues
Mobility to navigate the Arcade area
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy
environment, and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may berequired to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with theirduties, and may be subject to the same environment.
