Key Responsibilities:
Influencing and implementing the brand's e-commerce strategy Operational management of the e-commerce channel Managing website product availability and accuracy Managing the e-commerce financial plans and performance variables Influencing the exploitation of opportunity in Omnichannel Influencing Product Merchants to optimise online performance and growth Implementing and managing online promotions Customer Relationship Management Oversee OneStock Compiling and analysing reports on performance, trends and requirements for e-commerce Managing stock levels and age in the online channel Communication with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to: Stores, Field, Logistics, Marketing, Central Ecomm, Infotec Omni Systems, and Group Customer Contact CentreQualifications and Experience:
3 – 5 years proven working experience as a Merchant (preferably with online experience) A high degree of numeracy and an analytical, detailed and strategic approach to work Computer literacy in word, excel (advance)Skills:
Strong business acumen and merchant thinking Good organisational and interpersonal skills Strong communication and negotiation skills Competency in customer communication and relationship management Strong communication skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Proven decision-making abilityBehaviours:
