Job Description

This role provides specialist Administrative and Support to HR staff and line managers and is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.

Establishes and maintains effective HR administration processes and practices. Provides specialist support to HR Managers, HR Consultants and Line Managers. Has a strong administration focus with ability to structure complex administrative tasks. Provides administration support w.r.t the delivery of adhoc HR projects. Ensures compliance with HR processes and procedures and proactively managers risks related to own areas of responsibility. Provides administrative support to the HR Executive, HR Manager, HR Consultants and HR Practitioners w.r.t. Recruitment, Onboarding, Induction, Contracting and ad hoc administrative duties
