Oliver Wyman is now looking for a Talent Management Operations Coordinator to join our Warsaw office!

Job Overview:

Support key processes within the Talent Management Operations remit with a focus on quality of data and entry into the staffing system (Certinia) as well as keeping high levels of accuracy of information within the system. Support the team with regular reporting and updates as well as identification of areas for improvement.

Support the end-to-end staffing request and staffing process from pricing and role creation to team confirmation.

Additional support on key Talent Operations processes like bio updates, report creation, updating documents and entering key staff data.

Key Responsibilities:

Staffing System/ Certinia Support

Be an expert in system functionality and reporting

Support partners in opening roles in Certinia for sold projects

Ensure all sold projects with staffing requests are in the system and up to date

Maintain a high level of quality of data entries in Certinia including regular quality control and clean-up

Collaborate with FP&A to ensure conflict resolution around revenue recognition and open questions around project codes

Work with the TM team and Controllership on deviation analysis and rationale

Act as liaison between FP&A and TM to ensure streamlined communication and issue log

Monitor utilization and cross check data flow

Track discount staffing in collaboration with FP&A

Collaboration with FP&A on pending billable codes and related code reclassifications

Support any required timesheet adjustments

Timesheet compliance and chaser support for monthly compliance

Deviation reporting– timesheets vs staffing information

Talent Management Operations

Support on remote worker requests

Support on updating bios

Support on team’s work location and vacation tracker

Support on facebook updates

Support on any other TM related updates and operations where required

Experience Required:

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in a fast-paced and dynamic client services business environment.

Experience balancing ever-changing work demands in a challenging environment with numerous stakeholders.

Proven ability to foster relationships at all levels of the organization.

Technical Skills

Strong Word, Excel and Outlook skills.

Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Experience working with a resource management system highly desirable.

Proficient with data analysis and reporting.
