Oliver Wyman is now looking for an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to join our Johannesburg office!
Role Overview
To provide support to the IMEA Entry-Level Recruiting team, across a variety of
operational topics.
Key Responsibilities
Support the application and hiring process for interns and graduates
Carry out initial CV screening
Schedule and monitor interviews, communicating with Partners, Managers, Executive Assistants and candidates as appropriate
Coordinate feedback and offer process
Oversee the management of communications and “sell” process with candidates
Maintain/update recruiting IT system (Workday) and required databases to ensure accuracy of information for firm use
Produce offer letter documents for interns and graduate hires using Oliver Wyman formatting styles
Coordinate and assist in the new hire process and on-boarding procedures, including managing start dates
Liaise with HC Operation team to ensure files are complete, sign-on bonuses are paid, etc.
Recruitment marketing
Help with adapting firm-wide marketing material for various recruitment initiatives /events
Support with coordination of placement of adverts, create layout and coordinate the production of flyers, posters and ads
University recruiting & national events
Help with preparation of logistics for all university events (joining instructions to attendees, badges, logistics, resourcing where appropriate etc.)
Assist in planning and organizing of national and international recruiting events
Experience Required
Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in a fast-paced and dynamic client services business environment. Recruiting and/or talent management experience preferred
Experience balancing ever-changing work demands in a challenging environment with numerous stakeholders to satisfy
Proven ability to foster relationships at all levels of the organization
Experience working with international teams is an advantage

Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Experience working with a resource management system highly desirable
Proficient with data analysis and reporting
