Do you want to work in a stimulating, international environment for a global leader consulting company? We are looking for enthusiastic and talented people to join our Knowledge Management team in Warsaw as Junior Process Coordinator!
The Opportunity:
As a Junior Process Coordinator, you will be part of a global Knowledge team focused on assisting consultants throughout project lifecycle, providing them with tools and resources required to successfully execute client work. You will play an important role in enabling right technologies and connecting the dots between different systems, as to enhance collaboration and information flow in the organization. You will also serve as a point of contact and communicate with KM peers and consultants on all matters related to productivity tools and collaboration, providing regular updates on compliance and usage of collaboration spaces.
Key responsibilities:
You will be working towards proficiency in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint sites, promoting knowledge storage best practices and retention tips, offering basic troubleshooting to consulting teams
You will be asked to monitor incoming requests and address them within short deadlines (24 hours SLA)
You will help consulting teams to organize and safely store their Intellectual Capital, aligning with Senior Process Coordinators and Knowledge Managers on the ownership and further Intellectual Capital Capture steps
You may be also involved in other tasks related to knowledge platform records housekeeping and support knowledge systems and product development as needed
What do we expect?
Fluent English
Good understanding of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online
Good problem-solving & technical skills
Previous experience in using GenAI tools will be an asset
Sense of ownership and responsibility over delegated tasks
Attention to detail and high accuracy, focused on the end product quality and client satisfaction
Willingness to learn and natural curiosity about new technologies
Risk mindfulness and diligence, able to follow strict procedures and confidentiality guidelines
Good and smart work organization, able to multitask and seek creative solutions
Great communicator able to work in agile and diverse environment
