Your Role:

Our Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) offers a unique opportunity to embark on a transformative 36-month journey to accelerate career growth and become future leaders in our organization.

 

Rotational Assignments: Over the course of the program, you will experience 4 nine-month rotational assignments, providing you with exposure to our core businesses, processes, technologies, and leaders. The rotations will cover Production, Global Operations, Engineering, and will also include a supervisory role, allowing you to gain hands-on leadership experience.

 

Learning Opportunities: As part of the program, you will have access to a range of structured learning opportunities, including Presentation Skills Training, Management Training, Six Sigma Green Belt Training, as well as gaining insights into global cultural perspectives.

 

Assignment Selection: Assignment selection is aligned with your career interests, areas of development, and the business needs with feedback from Program Manager, OLDP Managers and Mentors – ensuring that your journey is personalized and impactful.

 

We currently have an exciting opening to start in our Midwest facilities (St. Louis, Milwaukee, Sheboygan, Kankakee, or Lenexa). Candidate must be flexible with mobility throughout the program.

 

Program Start Date: September 2024

 

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering received in 2022, 2023, or 2024GPA of 3.5 or greaterMinimum of 1 internship
