Key Accountabilities

1.

Ensure compliance to SOP during planning and execution of LT operations (Import-export, bunker operations, inter tank transfer operation, loading-unloading, cross-country pipeline operation, tank-pipe line cleaning, heating, circulation, etc.)

2.

Update/Record vessel loading/unloading information each shift. Prepare & maintain documents as per SOP for all LT operations. Update shift activities in Log Book/IPMS & Periodic reconciliation of stock (  storage tanks).Preparation of OTR after completion of vessel operation.

3.

Should maintain proper communication channels and ensure precise flow of information within cross functional teams to ensure proper planning and healthy operation for Import/Export of Liquid Vessels.

4.

Ensure smooth auto Tank to TLF operations. Responsible for safe and on time resolution of issues related to Tanker Loading hardware/software by close co-ordination with concerned departments or applicable third party vendors.

5.

Responsible for regular Logs and Trends check to unsure that the infrastructure runs within safe limits. Any abnormality should be escalated immediately.

6.

Regularly analyze various system generated reports for abnormalities for any scope of improvement in operational activities and enhance safety with quicker turnarounds.

7.

Liaison with maintenance, marine and other departments for performing uninterrupted operations.

8.

Liaison with client surveyor for tanks & pipeline fitness.

9.

Monitor important operational parameters with strict adherence to safety limits. Regular ESD testing

10.

Ensure proper house-keeping in the Tank farm, LT area and  jetty area after completion of vessel operations. Assist the Shift Manager Control Room in day to day activities.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

B.tech.& Mechanical, Diploma Mechanical or chemical, B.sc & M.sc. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: (no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required) 5-7 years of experience in Chemical handling in Liquid Cargo Terminals
