Officer - Internal Communications (6 Months Contract)
Job Description

We are currently recruiting for Officer - Internal Communications to be based out of their office in Dubai.

Purpose-

To support the Brand & Communication team in optimizing and managing company’s internal communication channels. The primary objective is to ensure employees have an exceptional experience on internal channels, being the voice to set the tone and moderate the brand's usage through community support, content distribution, and digital engagement. This role aims to build brand presence and trust, both online and in-person.

Responsibility-

Ensure timely and consistent messaging aligned with the brand tone, fostering a loyal and engaged community. Collaborate with client service leads, production team, and channel leads to produce high-quality, relevant, and engaging content. Stimulate community engagement and excitement, encouraging active participation and dialogue. Organize and manage community-building events to enhance brand awareness. Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to maintain brand coherence. Meet Internal Communications team's KPI by publishing a minimum of 2 posts per day. Help execute video production, including storyboard development, interviews, b-roll capture. Produce and edit podcasts as needed. Complete training sessions on the platform as required. Develop and implement outreach strategies to effectively engage target audiences. Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of business strategy, products, services, key customers, and competitors. Assist in the development of communication proposals, conducting research, audits, and supporting team presentations. Set and execute communication campaigns in alignment with channel and marketing strategies. Create an evergreen content calendar for both internal and external channels. Collaborate in brainstorming core communication programmess, creative content development, and planning, liaising with the wider brand and communications team. Coordinate and manage content and weekly editorial calendars for internal communications to ensure timely publication on platforms. Stay updated on the latest content trends and emerging media, internal, and social platforms. Create compelling content to drive advocacy among employees and meet KPIs. Encourage and delight the audience through incentive strategies to foster positivity. Cultivate positive relationships with community members to establish a reputable and trustworthy brand perception. Conduct platform training sessions for employees to facilitate employee advocacy. Identify and leverage channel champions to amplify messaging and engagement. Handle content publication and distribution as the Global Community Representative. Create engaging text, image, and video content.

Skills

At least 5 years of experience working with either Publishing House, Social Media Agencies, Communications, or related industry. Strong proficiency in written and spoken English/Arabic language skills are advantageous. Demonstrated ability in communications content development with creativity. Familiarity with content management systems, creative design, and editing.
