WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In our Collection Services team you are responsible for a portfolio of customers and support us in providing a high-quality receivables management.

Performing active reminding activities and documenting results in the system, you ensure compliance with the deadlines and guidelines.You also take care of dispute cases and ensure their timely clarification working together with sales and credit managers. Furthermore, you perform appropriate post-dunning processes.Finally, you are the direct point of contact for our external customers and for different partners in the company.WHAT YOU OFFER completed formal vocational training program in Business and Commerce or a comparable degree or certificationideally first professional experience in accounts receivable ideally knowledge and skills in working with SAP R/3 as well as good knowledge of MS Officefluent in English as well as Italian and/ or French, additional European language skills are a plus high customer orientation and outstanding communication skillsWHAT WE OFFER Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.Gross annual salary (full -time): 35.000 - 39.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
