**Job Description:**
Main task is daily settlement tasks for Yen Equity products
-Facilitate for JSCC and client settlement
-Collateral Management
-Reconciliation
-Operational risk control
**Responsibilities:**
· Responsible for daily settlement process of Japanese equities for stock lending & borrowing, agency and prop trading.
· Responsible for all trade have been matched and settled. Escalate potentiality fail risk and settlement status in timely manner.
· Perform collateral management for JSCC and Jasdec
· Capture system issue and escalate to technology team and managers immediately.
**Requirements:**
· Over 2 years experience in working in Japan Equity Settlement section.
· Relevant experience in Jasdec matching / settlement system
· Require product knowledge for Japanese equities (include Corporate Action event)
· Proactive to capture and manage risk of whole Operations
· Business level English with Japanese native level fluency
· Good ability to report/explain the current status and potential issues
· Basic Microsoft Office Skill (Excel, Word, Power Point)
· Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate.
· Excellent communications skills and ability to present to an audience.
