Eurofins MITOX is part of the Eurofins Agroscience Services global network, providing eco-toxicological testing to support the screening, development and registration of agrochemicals in Europe, US and beyond. We focus on the fate and behavior of substances and formulations in environmental systems, on their bioavailability, assimilation in organisms, as well as biological responses of these organisms, and on their fate in the environment.

Our team in the Netherlands (Amsterdam) have an opening for a full-time Office Support Administrator to support with general administration tasks and human resource management.

Job DescriptionHandle the invoice and purchasing workflow with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely processing and maintaining up-to-date records.Manage expenses administration, including expense report processing, reimbursement tracking, and ensuring compliance with company policies.Maintain inventory management systems, monitor stock levels, and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure adequate supplies are available.Assist with human resources tasks such as employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating employee events or training sessions.Provide general administrative support, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.

QualificationsSecondary vocational education or equivalent experience.Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.Proficient in using office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)Proficiency in Dutch, both written and verbal, is a mandatory requirement for this position to ensure effective communication and collaboration in our team and with stakeholders.Experience with COUPA software for business spend management is preferred.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
