Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for establishing a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all employees and visitors. As the first point of contact for visitors in the building’s main reception area, excellent interpersonal skills while being conscientious of maintaining confidentiality are critical. This role will also provide a wide range of administrative support to the campus. This role will have additional project responsibilities and designated assignments as the office space evolves and departments need added support.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO
Serve as main receptionist, including answering and directing calls while receiving and facilitating visitor flow in accordance with policySupport and coordinate with executive assistants and other teams for activities as requestedAssist daily with the creation of FedEx labels / shipments for executive admins and teams within the building Assist with safety programs including emergency procedures, CPR/AED training. Serve as a safety captain to the buildingOwnership of site security systems, including employee badge creation and access allocations, reporting and monitoring security camerasAssist with catering orders for the building as neededAssist Community Relations Director with building wide United Way CampaignsAssist with purchase orders using SAP for all building related activities and expensesManage company fleet vehicles, including monitoring employee usage, mileage and service appointments Process and pay purchase card invoices for building and employee related costs.Serve as lead back up to Office Services Associate – Support roleWHAT WE VALUE
