AssociateJob Description & Summary
The Operations Associate will work with the OGC Operations Director and wider OGC Operations team to deliver OGC projects, including transformation initiatives and implementation of innovative solutions to drive operational efficiency.Financial Adheres to the OGC budget, understands basic principles of firm finances and finds ways to improve financial best practice within OGCCustomersSupports the ME OGC members and ME General Counsel (GC) on a wide range of operational mattersInternal ProcessSupports transformation initiatives in the OGC, driving process improvement in collaboration with transformation leads within PwCIdentifies opportunities for automating legal processes and implementing tools to enhance efficiencyCollaborates with IT to ensure legal technology needs are met and align with overall company tech strategySupports with implementation of OGC projects by driving forward workstreams and project managing and monitoring efficient deliveryIdentifies opportunities and actively utilizes GEN AI tools in improving OGC’s service to the businessProvides support for implementation and maintenance of legal technology platformsSupports with developing and maintaining electronic filing systems to ensure legal documents are organized and accessibleAssists with the creation and maintenance of a repository of all contracts, ensuring they are up to date and easily accessible for the OGC teamUpdates and maintains OGC Sharepoint SiteIdentifies process improvements of OGC systems and processesSupports on transformation projects ensuring alignment with business goalsParticipates in continuous improvement initiatives, using the latest methodologiesStays up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for operational excellence.EducationA professional or academic qualification (degree level or equivalent), and relevant practical experience in areas including operations, project management, transformation, consulting and technology.LanguageFluent English and ArabicOverall ExperienceExperience in digital transformation projects is highly desirableKnowledge of implementing technology solutions is preferableExperience of project management is advantageousHands-on experience of using GEN AI tools Ability to build relationships and work effectively as part of a team and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified)
