This position will continuously look to improve the client service experience and the workflows associated with delivering excellent customer service throughout the agency.

What You'll Do Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as personnel, information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services. Manages facility. Plans office layout, develops office budget, and initiates cost reduction programs.Manage and coordinates activities of various clerical departments or workers within department. Provides clerical and/or executive assistant support as directed.Schedules activities and makes associated announcements. Leads event planning efforts as directed. This includes meetings, networking events, annual company-wide or regional meetings. Maintains contact with customers and outside vendors. Accountable for vendor management. Manages promotional items acquisitions and accounting for events. Carries out procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.Serves as primary local contact for advertising efforts for the office.Other duties as assigned.
