Office Manager - New Hampshire Date: Sep 27, 2024 Location: Londonderry, NH, US, 03053 Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 / year The position will require traveling from and to each of the facilities that fall under the Granite State, which are: + Londonderry Sales Center: This will be the primary office. + Lakes Region Sales Center in Belmont NH + Seacoast Sales Center in Seabrook NH Duties will include and not limited to + oversee all office functions and staff across the entire state. + Will work closely with the Senior General Manager for the Granite State alongside the People and Culture Business Partner + Will be the primary person that works with the needs of each and all employees Why Join Coke Northeast? Job Description The Office Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of a Sales Center’s office environment. This role is responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office procedures, and providing support to various departments. The Office Manager supports the warehouse, delivery, cooler service and sales departments. Essential Duties & Responsibilities + Oversee office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. + Supervise, coach and lead a team of office personnel + Process and transmit weekly payroll within time deadlines + Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure sufficient stock levels. + Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable and settlement functions + Provide recordkeeping for safety programs and initiatives + Serve as the point of contact for building management and external vendors. + Assist delivery and sales teams with handheld computers and other tasks as necessary + Maintain personnel files to comply with company, state and federal requirements + Coordinate and conduct new hire on boarding and orientation + Manage Human Resources related issues with strict confidence + Provide administrative support to Sales Center management as required + Complete miscellaneous tasks such as assisting with employee events, directing visitors, maintaining logs and scheduling meetings as needed + Oversee driver qualification files for regulated and non-regulated drivers + Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance office efficiency. Job Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. High school diploma, GED. or equivalent required + Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles. + Proven leadership ability and personnel management skills + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills + Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). + Ability to work in an office environment that could include extended periods of sitting or standing, while occasionally lifting or carrying materials and supplies. + Valid driver’s license, driving record within policy guidelines, and insurance that meets company requirements. + Ability to occasionally travel, as business needs require.
