Some duties include, but not limited to: + The incumbent will work closely with the Milieu Director and will have responsibility for the coordination of client care support services. Assists in the delivery of quality treatment services in a manner thatmaximizes effective utilization of resources and cost control. Demonstrates independent judgment and knowledge of client daily needs, have an understanding of Devereux procedures and licensing requirements to help with audits. Develops and maintains effective systems that enhance communication, safety and regulatory expectations. Responsible for understanding client to staff ratios, regulatory guidelines and providing administrative services to milieu management. Knowledge of Microsoft applications and ability to learn/use Devereux applications (Profiler, Radar, Kronos, and Oracle) is a must.
