Office Manager/Marketing Assistant

Our client, an investment advisor, is seeking an Office Manager/Marketing Assistant to add to their NYC office. The hours are 8:30am-5pm and they are in office five days a week.

Responsibilities:

Provide front desk coverage, greet guests, manage conference rooms, and answer/direct callsOversee office operations including supply management, vendor coordination, and facilities supportHandle catering, travel bookings, expense reporting, and billing processes for the teamMaintain investor CRM, assist with events, and support compliance and presentation preparationCoordinate special projects, personal tasks for senior partners, and plan office celebrations and gifting

Qualifications:

BA/BS required2+ years of experience preferably in financial industryProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong attention to detail, great organization, and planningFinance experience is a plus
