Responsibilities:
\r\nOffice Management:
\r\n\r\nAccountable for the daily smooth running of the office.\r\nAccountable for the management of all service providers, including the requirement to liaise with IT support teams on any IT related matters.\r\nWill design and be responsible for team challenges and competitions, encouraging a high achieving culture committed to rewarding excellence while collaborating and having fun.\r\nWill champion the fun vibe in the office and come up with monthly team building and social events to keep up team collaboration and office morale.\r\n\r\nSupport:
\r\n\r\nFulfilling support functions to the Managing Director and to the team. This would include administrative support, scheduling of meeting, managing the office in the absence of the Managing Director, preparing documentation and emails, and other ad hoc responsibilities that may arise from time-to-time.\r\nHuman Resources: Recruitment, onboarding and support with induction\r\nFinancial: Client invoicing, updating spreadsheets and basic support to the Accountant\r\nReporting: Designing, creating and maintaining report (e.g. within MS Excel) to offer visibility to the Managing Director and to the team on performance, etc.\r\nMarketing: To support with digital marketing and online advertising. Ensuring brand awareness is continuously increasing.\r\nProject Management: Ad-hoc\r\n\r\n\r\n
Minimum requirements:
\r\n\r\nCape Town City Centre based - in-office opportunity - part hybrid (3 days in office per week) offered after 3 months\r\nMust have a car and drivers licence\r\nMin 7years plus experience as a PA/Office Manager in a small - medium-sized company\r\nAdvanced Excel skills (Macro's, pivot tables, V-Lookups)\r\n\r\n\r\n
