Office Manager (BK-QNS) - 2570 Fulton Street
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: + Supervise assigned staff. + Provide administrative assistance to the Program Director and supervisory staff. + Answer telephones, create and maintain office files, process invoices, order supplies, keep inventories, assist in preparation of petty cash, apartment work orders, token request, typing. + Related duties as assigned. HOURS: Full-time 35 hours per week + Monday-Friday 9am-5pm + Temporary office location: 2570 Fulton Street, Brooklyn, NY 11207 QUALIFICATIONS + AA or BA degree preferred. + High school diploma required. + Several years office systems experience. + Good written and verbal communication skills, good organizational skills and ability to work independently. + Proficiency in Word for Windows, Excel or WordPerfect. + Bilingual Spanish/English preferred. *Vaccination preferred but not required MAKE AN IMPACTAre you looking to make a positive impact on the lives of those in your community?
